Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in customer service or relations.

- Minimum 5 years experience in related fields.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Familiarity with CRM software and Loyalty Program management is a plus.
