Job Description Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery to ensure efficient production processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical aptitude, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
- Capable to operate machines (such as cold spray, shot peen, as well as general lathe machine, milling machine, or CNC) and to use appropriate measuring tools such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, special tools, etc. according to the instruction and with satisfying level of quality such that the Gas Turbine component can be returned to serviceable condition
- Capable to utilize fixtures, masking process, and other related tooling to support the process
- Upkeeping working environment according to the Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) and company policy
- Maintaining the condition of the tools, equipment, machineries and workstation to improve process efficiency and equipment reliability
- Identify and communicate deviations from the engineering specification during the process with the appropriate communication method to Supervisor, Product Engineer to determine next course of action.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Min. D3 Engineering or Technical High School (SMK) with Mechanical, Aeronautics, Machining, and other related majors
- 2 years of experience as Machinist Operator,
- Capable to differentiate gas turbine part/components,
- Experienced in using cold spray, shot peen experience is a plus
- Capable to follow working procedure and working instruction,
- Capable to use measurement tools as applicable for the equipment
- Willing to stay in Bandung.
