Job Description
Establish annual budgets and prioritize activities within allocated budget.Conduct Physical Asset Risk Analysis to identify life cycle risks impacting business objectives.Uniquely identify maintainable assets in the asset register.Develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies for optimized life-cycle costs.Establish systems for equipment condition data management.Develop maintenance Job Plans for all maintenance activities.Ensure compliance with master PM and PdM schedules.Train technicians for effective data capture in line with the schedule.Oversee metrics for each plant area.Monitor and optimize production capacity.Analyze costs and benefits of maintenance and production strategies.Drive continuous improvement in maintenance functions and production capacity.Facilitate cross-functional teams to address equipment failures.Evaluate defects compromising health, safety, or the environment.Establish training programs for Reliability Engineers and Technicians.Assess and address performance and development needs.Ensure adequate training for backup personnel.Sustain reliability and condition monitoring during personnel changes.Train and implement autonomous maintenance activities with production personnel. The Successful Applicant Possess an Engineering Degree from a Top Tier University, specializing in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Physics.Demonstrate a minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience in the Engineering and Maintenance field.Showcase a proven track record of leading and delivering Reliability Maintenance Programs, including RCM, RBI, PdM, TPM, etc.Bring experience from different industries, with a preference for candidates with a background in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Chemical Process Manufacturing.Possess valuable experience in Project and Engineering management, providing additional value to the role.Exhibit expertise in the control of maintenance scheduling, ensuring efficient and strategic planning.Demonstrate a track record in successfully managing large-scale operations, involving collaboration with multiple disciplines and departments.
