1) Supporting supervisors in carrying out various tasks within the division/department, both managerial and technical in nature.
2) Understanding the operations, management systems, and applicable SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
3) Actively observing and learning about the work of other colleagues within the division/department.
4) Providing input and suggestions to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of work within the division/department.
5) Assisting with administrative tasks and other duties within the division/department.
