Job Description
Responsibilities:
-Logistics Operation Management & Merchant Support
-Assume full responsibility for overseeing Lazada Choice logistics operations to guarantee high levels of efficiency and optimal merchant experience.
-Expertly navigate inbound and outbound processes, partnering with the supply chain team to develop, refine, and continuously optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
-Act as a trusted guide for merchants, ensuring they adhere to stocking and fulfillment requirements effectively.
-Merchant Needs Assessment & Improvement
-Proactively monitor market trends and closely engage with customers to identify pain points and logistics needs of Lazada Choice merchants.
-Conduct comprehensive reviews and clarify key issues that impact logistics performance and merchant satisfaction.
-Collaborative Strategy Formulation
-Engage in cross-functional teamwork with internal stakeholders like the supply chain team and external partners such as Cainiao, based on business development strategies and evolving
Job Requirements
-A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain management, or related fields within the e-commerce industry.
-Exceptional communication and presentation skills, coupled with demonstrated project management expertise.
-Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams, fostering strong working relationships and driving consensus among stakeholders.
-Prior experience in seller operations within an e-commerce platform is highly desirable.
-Proficiency in English and Indonesian; knowledge of Chinese would be a significant advantage.
