The Opportunity
Hyatt seeks an enthusiastic HR Analytics & Insights Manager to join our Americas HR Team. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the Americas HR Regional & Hotel teams, as well as closely with our support partners, where you’ll be instrumental in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company. The Role
Key Responsibilities:
KPI Analysis, Visualization, and Communication:
- Regularly analyze and interpret colleague metrics, including retention rates, colleague experience surveys, escalated colleague complaints, compliance, and cultural indicators to identify trends and key indicators of performance.
- Through ad hoc reporting across multiple systems, consolidate data and metrics to consolidate into a reportable dashboard, scorecard, etc.
- Communicate actionable insights to Regional HR, Regional Operations, and hotel leaders.
Trend Identification and Operational Strategies:
- Identify trends in colleague metrics to support insight-driven strategies at scale.
Data-Driven Decision Coaching:
- Coach leaders on making data-driven decisions and guide them in using data to construct compelling narratives.
Linkage between Guest and Colleague Metrics:
- Collaborate with the global talent team to build and maintain colleague survey tools to drive adoption and application of results.
- Collaborate with regional operations teams to establish a connection between guest and colleague performance metrics.
Leadership Competencies and Performance Metrics:
- Partner with Regional HR leaders to showcase the relationship between leadership competencies and performance metrics, including guest and colleague satisfaction, adoption of agile ways of working, core HR capability, etc.
System Support and Compliance:
- Act as a day-to-day resource for on-property HR teams, providing support for system-related access, reporting, and analytics.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
Budgeting and Reporting:
- Establish regional budgeting guidelines and provide monthly reviews for regional HR leaders.
Technology Integration and Efficiency:
- Enable technology solutions to reduce manual intervention in repeatable processes, both among regional and hotel teams.
- Explore innovative strategies, including the integration of artificial intelligence technologies into HR processes.
Internal & External Reporting, Survey Administration and System Access:
- Manage internal and external reporting and data collection for HR regional team and vendor needs, including regional reporting, system integrations, billing, and access.
- Coordinate system access for new and transferring HR colleagues.
- Support survey administration for external awards in partnership with the Planning & Projects and Communication teams.
Hotel Transitions and Survey Administration:
- Lead data collection and reporting for all hotel transitions in collaboration withthe Planning & Projects team.
