Responsibilities :
Execute for business goals and income targets.
Supervise daily operations, manage budgets, and set performance goals.
Develop, promote and evaluate SOP regarding operational & service excellence processes at the store and ensure full implementation.
Promote product display, program implementation, and manage Visual Merchandise guidelines in coordination with the Retail & Marketing team.
Cultivate and sustain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Prepare reports, findings, and analysis to management for improvement.
Observe and propose changes in strategy or procedures for improvement as part of the responsibility.
Prepare and Monitoring daily sales reports, maintain daily to monthly inventory records, manage inventory assets, and conduct Stock Opname.
Organize and supervise shifts, conduct mandatory training, and provide team refreshment sessions.
Manage & oversee services and products offered in an outlet's operations.
Handling customers enquiries and complaints.
Maintain cleanliness standards in the work area.
Evaluate staff performance and offer constructive feedback to enhance productivity.
Qualification :
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality/Management or equivalent
At least 2 Years of working experience in the related position (F&B sector is preferred).
Good management, leadership, and problem solving skills

Ability to work in a fast moving environment company
