AlamatThis role will be reporting directly to VP/ AVP TBS. This position will be accountable for the profitable achievement of sales objectives associated with the assigned sales team and be responsible for the assigned team’s sales productivity and direct their effort in order to have the greatest impact on company results
Duties:
- Assisting Team and organise sales activities : assign works according to sales needs, propose recommendations on organising sales activities including to identify new leads and following up inquiries from potentital leads.
- Keeps track of sales activities within assigned team : ensures availability of resources to deliver sales activities and ensures sales processes are carried out and meet SLA
- Manages work team : assists new members in onboarding/orientation program, provide assisstance for assigned team members, provides inputs of assigned team performance evaluation to Head of TBS.
- Visit clients to build and develop relationships, providing ongoing account support to existing clients assigned.
- Ad-hoc assignments or projects as assigned by the Management.
- Meet assigned team quotas for sales objectives ; Provide regular sales report (weekly and monthly report)
- Accountable for implementation of all customer-related initiatives among sales team member managed
- Meet service level agreement on customer acquisition process (i.e quotation/proposal submission, lead follow up to clients, etc)
- Accountable for customer acquisition through effective bidding process
- Candidates with at least 4-5 years of solid experience in a similar capacity will be preferred (having past working experience as account executive or relationship officer in services industry or consulting firm)
- Preferably graduated from Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business management or any other related education background.
- Knowledge of Talent Assessment and People Development will be an added advantage
- Preferably having working experience in MNC company
- Well-versed in Bahasa Indonesia and English
