We are looking for an enthusiastic and multilingual Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our team. If you are fluent in Mandarin, have a passion for sales and marketing, and are open to exciting business travel opportunities, this role is perfect for you.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a translator for the Branch Manager and all office staff.
- Translate documents from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa.
- Assist the Branch Manager in managing and analyzing sales strategies.
- Help in recording product returns and unit repair data in Excel, and update the status of returned units.
- Engage in various tasks that support the sales and marketing team's efforts.
Job Requirements:
- Willing to work at Semarang, Surabaya, or Bandung cities.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Sales & Marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in any field of study.
- At least 1 year of work experience as a Mandarin Translator is preferred, but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Willingness to travel on business trips with the Branch Manager to various regions as needed.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
- Availability to work until Saturday from 08:30 AM to 12:00 PM.
