Job Responsibility:
- Oversee risk assessment and underwriting of new and renewal business.
- Manage underwriting process follow SOP and SLA.
- Perform project management role in collaboration with all related parties (internal and external) to deliver excellent services in underwriting process, delivering policy documents, collecting premium and claim handling.
- Perform and manage effective communications with regional office and local management to ensure all business activities in compliance with Chubb’s guideline and local regulation requirements.
- Perform and prepare all related document for product filling.
- Build and maintain relationship with external parties (Brokers, Agents, Ceding Companies).
Job Specififcation:
- Have experience as Marine Underwriter with a minimum of 2 years.
- Have experience and/or exposure to marine knowledge and policy wording is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated effective communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Able to communicate, read and write in English is a must.
- Able to Fast Learning.
