Job Responsibilities

• Maintain, align, and consolidate process flow and application model with Product Group (PG) product marketing, includes upkeeping of documents and driving continuous improvement projects for scalability of model.
• Generate tops-down market outlook on quarterly basis and as and when required.
• Drive internal publications / coordination include but not limited to writes up for Newsletter, publications, and support training materials.
• Support external & internal conferences preparation / planning.
• Manage market report subscription, conference database (list, sponsors, speaker, material), Non-Disclosure Agreement/Contract administration & budget forecasting by collaborating with finance and business operations team.
• Drives holistic overall marketing collaterals for external from market trends in collaboration with PG and Corp Marketing / Branding on multimedia and graphic images production.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor.
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 - 5 years relevant experience in Semiconductor industry
• Good knowledge of MS Office Suite especially with MS Excel, PowerPoint etc.
• Good command of English, good communication and interpersonal relation skill in inter-departmental and cross-cultural environment
• Independent and is able to multi-tasking
