Marketing Assistant

PT. Earth Friendly Living (Bamboo U, The Kul Kul Farm)  is seeking a full time Marketing Assistant to join our team for Bamboo U and The Kul Kul Farm in Bali, Indonesia. Responsibilities: 

• Marketing Planning and Calendar Management:
  • Implement marketing plans set out by the Marketing Director
  • Manage the marketing calendar
• Marketing Budget Management:
  • Work with the marketing director to manage the marketing budget, and allocate resources effectively to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Monitor expenses, and ensure adherence to financial goals set by company directors.
• Social Media and Website Landing Page implementation:
  • Create social media posts, reels and captions
  • Create and edit template based landing pages
• Customer Support, Communications and Kartra Management:
  • Oversee customer support activities, ensuring timely and effective responses to inquiries and concerns.
  • Manage Kartra or other customer relationship management software, email automation sequences, tagging and tracking performance.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent communication and support.
  • Pre-booking communications with students before joining a course
• Basic Graphic Design:
  • Utilize Canva and other design tools to create visually appealing graphics for  marketing materials.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual elements, including social media posts, website content, and promotional materials.
• Communication with Agencies and 3rd Parties:
  • Communicate with external agencies for marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
• Reporting and File Management:
  • Compile weekly and monthly reports on marketing and communications activities, and bookings. 
  • Responsible for managing Marketing files and assets. 
• Coordination with Internal Teams:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.
  • Facilitate communication between departments for effective integration of marketing efforts with overall company objectives.
• Subscriptions, Payments, and File Management:
  • Manage subscriptions and payments related to marketing tools, software, and services.
  • Organize and maintain an efficient filing system for marketing-related materials, ensuring easy retrieval and documentation.
• Maintenance and Coordination
  • Manage company media assets including cameras and media equipment
  • Manage company media library and hard drives
  • Coordinate with media-related teams for webinars, filming, and studio set up for podcasts.
