Key Requirements :
- You love fashion and enjoy the challenge of being in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment and adapt to changing market conditions
- Fluent in Bahasa and English
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field from a reputable university
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing roles
- You have a young and dynamic personality with a passion for marketing and the fashion retail industry
- Creative thinking (ability to think outside the box) with a keen eye for fashion trends and consumer behaviour in the retail space
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- You are enthusiastic, self-disciplined, and pro-active about your work
- Willing to travel for business trips
- Willing to be stationed in Bandung
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with FILA’s business goals
- Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Plan and execute events, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives
- Utilize analytics to measure and report on campaign effectiveness
- Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing innovative strategies to our fashion retail brand
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and ensure that it is implemented within the team
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
