ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate with External Vendors:
Collaborate with external vendors to seamlessly execute marketing activation events.
Ensure all logistical aspects of events are well-coordinated, including venue setup, equipment, and promotional materials.
Lead Nurturing:
Implement strategies to nurture leads generated from marketing events, ensuring a seamless transition through the sales funnel.
Collaborate with the sales team to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement in lead nurturing activities.
Support Marketing Event Activities:
Assist in the planning, execution, and post-event evaluation of marketing activities.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of marketing campaigns.
Marketing Materials and Presentations:
Assist in creating compelling marketing materials, presentations, and prospectuses to support promotional efforts.
Ensure all materials align with the brand identity and effectively communicate key messages.
Community Engagement:
Identify and develop marketing opportunities within communities to enhance brand visibility.
Build and maintain relationships with community stakeholders and influencers.
Communication Analysis:
Perform comprehensive analysis of communication strategies, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing communication.
Drafting Documentation:
Support the drafting of prospectuses, related documentation, and marketing materials for events.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Creativity and a passion for marketing, with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Eagerness to learn and willingness to take on new challenges.
Previous marketing experience or relevant coursework is a plus, but not required.
