Marketing Manager

We are seeking a talented and creative Marketing Supervisor to lead our offline and online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is a young, aspiring, and very creative individual with a proven talent in marketing, a strong understanding of marketing principles and design, and the ability to execute both online and offline marketing strategies. This role requires someone who can effectively deliver the brand and marketing objectives of PT.

Face Architect Method to the masses. The individual must understand how to scale advertising and discern the difference between what is visually appealing and unattractive.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote PT.

Face Architect Method's cosmetic services and products both online and offline.

• Lead and supervise the marketing team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams (such as sales, product development, and customer service) to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, social media posts, and website content, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired results.
• Scale advertising efforts to reach a wider audience while maintaining brand integrity.
• Understand the nuances of design and aesthetics to create visually appealing marketing materials.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven talent in marketing with a strong understanding of marketing principles and design.
• Experience in both online and offline marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and inspire a team.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box and innovate.
• Ability to discern between visually appealing and unattractive designs.

Salary Package :

• Base Salary: IDR 6,000,000 per month
• Allowances: Transportation (IDR 500,000), Communication (IDR 300,000), Meal (IDR 500,000)
