Responsibilities :
Recommend short and long-term product and technology strategies for Die Cast industry.
Initiate products upgrade and price revisions for low margin products.
Support current and potential customers through running trials.
Visit customers regularly to ensure consistent quality of our products used in the market.
Identify new market opportunities with the local customers and / or distributors.
To organize technical seminars and product trainings to distributors and customers.
Identify industry technical trends, innovations, market surveillance, and competitive activity and report to superior.
Ensure global product naming policy is implemented in accordance with the requirements in the market.
Develop positive relationships with existing and potential mold release agents’ customers.
Look after Chem-Trend’s interests in market. This includes managing and supporting existing distributors.
Maximize the trading profit and growth of Chem-Trend by meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
Responsible for direct sales to key accounts.
Any other work related duties assigned
Qualifications :
A chemical or engineering degree from a reputable University or equivalent
Five years of working experience in Die Cast manufacturing environment
Candidate with two year sales experience is an added advantage
Preferred - knowledge of technical support and marketing strategies in the relevant industry
Good spoken and written English
Excellent time management, highly motivated and good initiative
