Job Responsibility
- Design and propose banking partnership strategic plans by setting measurable parameters and ensuring well execution
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure better company bargaining power to banking partners
- Being up-to-date with current market trend, best practice and partnership strategy
- Expected to manage relationship with key banking partners (performance reporting, consolidation of banking partnerships feedback & input, etc)
- Lead and coordinate the execution of planned partnership initiatives end-to-end (including proposal development, negotiation with partners, initiative lock down, initiative delivery/execution, result monitoring & evaluation)
Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree, any field with minimum GPA 3.00.
- Required skill(s): Promotion, Partners Relationship Management.
- At least 4-5 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably experience in Account Executive relation with banking company or Business Acquisition for banking company
- Smart and Proactive
- Good Interpersonal skill
