Job Description :
- Accepting and filtering student applications
- Processing student registration
- Giving explanation about school program to prospective students (by phone or school tour)
- Managing school social media (include content creator) and respond to incoming inquiries
- Acting as telemarketing
- Organizing and filing of recruitment documentation
- Providing consultations for prospective students when requested
- Communicate with applicants about their application status, including acceptance/rejection
- Responding to information requests
- Handling preparation for short class program, include registration, activities planning, scheduling, and make sure the program running well
Qualification :
- Willing to work in Tabanan (about 15 minutes before Tanah Lot)
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in admissions, marketing, sales is required for this position
- Must have attention to detail and be highly organized
- Must be comfortable working with large databases and doing most daily work on computer
- Professional email and phone communication is required
- Have a good skill in Microsoft Office.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Bahasa), good time management skills, and interpersonal skills
