Marketing/Telemarketing - Cikarang

Requirements :

• Age 25-30 years old
• Diploma in Management or RP
• Minimum 4 years experience in Marketing or Telemarketing field
• Independent, able to work in team and highly motivated
• Comfortable with multitasking and good time management
• Strong communication skill and negotiation skill
• Able to communicate and write in English is an advantage
• Willing to work in Cikarang Industrial Area

Skill and Knowledge :

• Strong communication and negotiation skill
• Knowledge in PO process flow
• Basic knowledge in mechanical or electrical products
• Medium to high skills in Microsoft Office (Excel and word)

Job descriptions :

• Call and follow up customers based on quotation
• Responsible for inbound call/email from customers
• Responsible in getting the customer's information, inquires and incoming projects
• Increase customer satisfaction by resolving issues and problems
• Product promotion to related customers
• New customers activation task
• Maintain custmer relationship
