Requirements:

• 3-10 years' experience in the corresponding field
• education min. S1
• can speak English well

Job desk:

1. Payroll Supervisor: Oversees and manages the payroll process, ensures accuracy and compliance, resolves discrepancies, and supervises payroll staff.
2. HRIS Supervisor: Manages the organization's HRIS, ensures data accuracy, generates reports, provides user training, and collaborates with IT and HR teams.
3. Training Supervisor: Develops and implements training programs, assesses training needs, monitors program effectiveness, coordinates with trainers, and supports training staff.
4. Training Dojo Manager: Manages training dojo operations, develops training programs, maintains equipment, monitors program effectiveness, and collaborates with HR and other departments.
