Human Resources Supervisor

Responsibility :

• Carry out the End-to-end General Affair process
• Supervise and manage HR and GA administrative activities (discipline, task management, building maintenance, security, etc.)
• Coordinate with the HRGA team and other departments in creating and improving job descriptions, SOPs, modules and creating KPIs
• Responsible for managing, archiving, extending and renewing company permits

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/Industrial Engineering/Law/Management
• Domiciled in Bandung
• Minimum 2 years experience
• Have SIM A (Matic & Manual)
• Understand the daily work of HRGA
• Have strong leadership, firm, responsible, willing to be mobile and go into the field.
