Job Description :

• Design employee recruitment procedures
• Create and develop job descriptions
• Prepare recruitment tools
• Analyze the qualifications for each position
• Posting job vacancy announcements to obtain potential candidates
• Processing and sorting application files
• Carry out the required stages of the recruitment process
• Assisting the implementation of training and development

Requirements Recruitmen Supervisor

1. 1. Have a minimum of 5 years experience in the field of recruitment
2. Bachelor degree Psychology, Management
3. Have good decision making skills
4. Able to organize assessment centers such as IQ Tests, Psychological Tests, Academic Potential, assessment centre tools (will be an advantage)
5. Familiar and experience with recruitment software (will be an advantage)
6. Deep knowledge of Competency Based Human Resources Management (CBHRM)
7. Ready to work in Bandung (Dayeuhkolot)
8. Salary Range Rp. 5.000.000 - Rp. 7.000.000
