- Have a minimum of 5 years experience in the field of recruitment
- Bachelor degree Psychology, Management
- Have good decision making skills
- Able to organize assessment centers such as IQ Tests, Psychological Tests, Academic Potential, assessment centre tools (will be an advantage)
- Familiar and experience with recruitment software (will be an advantage)
- Deep knowledge of Competency Based Human Resources Management (CBHRM)
- Ready to work in Bandung (Dayeuhkolot)
