Job Description:

• Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, images, and inventories in the marketplace back office, such as Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop.
• Plan and execute online marketplace campaigns with the purpose of increasing traffic, sales, and conversions, then report the outcomes.
• Assist customers with their orders, requirements, after-sales support difficulties, and feedback.
• To update and maintain a list of FAQs, standard remarks, and responses.
• Collaborate with a graphic designer to generate product material and online banners for campaigns.
• Responsible for monitoring seller performance dashboards and key metrics in order to detect and fix problems throughout the seller lifecycle.
• Reporting marketplace traffic

Job Qualification:

• 2-year experience in managing marketplace.
• Good problem solving skills, initiative, attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and positive working attitude.
• Ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales, campaigns
• Will be located in Cenkareng Business City
