Math Teacher Trainer  

Responsibilities

• Develop effective Math training programs for primary and middle school teachers.
• Help non-Math teachers pass interviews and demos for primary Math.
• Observe Math lessons and give feedback for improvement.
• Stay updated on Math education trends and approaches.
• Instruct teachers on how to carry out Math demo lessons.
• Deliver free trial classes for potential clients.
• Create tools to assess training effectiveness.
• Guide teachers in using technology for Math teaching.
• Manage training metrics like attendance, show up rate and pass rate.
