Kualifikasi
- Have knowledge of creating media plans and placements across all digital and conventional channels.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEM, Social Media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google ads campaigns.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google & FB IG Ads Dashboard, and similar tools).
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Understanding and having the ability to process data in Excel is a must.
- Execute marketing strategy through 360 media: TV, Radio, PR, and out-of-home media (ATL).
- Collaborate with Google, Meta, TikTok, and other vendor partners to improve the performance of ad marketing, including SEO/SEM.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for all media channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user traffic for events offline and online.
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Evaluate emerging technologies for the team.
- Measure and report the performance of all DIGITAL MARKETING campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPI).
