Role & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Morning cook must have the ability to work breakfast and lunch in the restaurant line, along with main kitchen and banquet production. An intermediate line cook requires good communication and culinary skills. An intermediate cook should have a professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures.
Cooks must have open availability and be able to work a flexible schedule of mornings, including weekends and holidays.
