Mid-Level Cook (Am Shifts) - Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort

Starts at $20.50/hour+ depending on experience!

Role & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Morning cook must have the ability to work breakfast and lunch in the restaurant line, along with main kitchen and banquet production. An intermediate line cook requires good communication and culinary skills. An intermediate cook should have a professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures. 

Cooks must have open availability and be able to work a flexible schedule of mornings, including weekends and holidays.

·        Good Communication skills required.

·        At least 2 years of previous line and fine dining experience preferred.

·        Able to work most stations of the kitchen.

·        A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.

·        Ability to stand for long periods of time.

·        Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
