What does the ROLE entail?

·         Responsible for the oversight of safety and security for hotel guests and colleagues

·         Strong guest service orientation in order to ensure high guest expectations

·         Respond to guest and colleague emergencies and requests

·         Act as liaison between security and other hotel departments

·         Train hotel staff as needed

·         Other duties may include assisting the front desk and outlets as needed with guest requests and concerns

·         Provide guests with a safe and caring environment and ensure interactions with guests result in a positive experience

·         Support other operating departments as needed

Your EXPERIENCE:

·         Security experience in an upscale environment is preferred

·         A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment

·         Ideal applicant should have strong organizational skills

·         Ability to thrive in a team oriented environment

·         Capable of standing for long periods of time

·         Ability to tolerate moderate amounts of walking

·         Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

·         Unafraid of customer service related tasks and responsibilities

·         Proficient in basic computer skills

·         Must be able to work weekends as well as a flexible schedule including overnights and holidays

·         Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
