AlamatIn this role, you will serve as a business partner, acting as a liaison between Management Information Systems (MIS) and Operations Divisions within our organization. Your primary objective will be to align technology initiatives and strategies with business stakeholders, driving innovative solutions through data analytics to enhance productivity and drive growth in our mining operations.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Strategic Alignment: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their challenges, requirements, and objectives. Ensure that technology projects and data analytics solutions are in line with the organization's overarching goals of safety, productivity, cost-efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments, including divisional leadership. Foster collaboration to ensure that solutions effectively address business needs and drive value.
Business Process Optimization: Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes within mining operations and processing. Identify opportunities for leveraging technology and data analytics to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and drive productivity gains.
Solution Design and Development: Work closely with technical teams to develop innovative solutions that address business requirements and leverage the latest advancements in Data Science and technology. Develop comprehensive design documents and functional specifications.
Change Management: Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of technology solutions within the organization. Provide guidance and support to stakeholders to mitigate resistance and facilitate seamless integration into existing workflows.
Project Leadership: Take ownership of IT and data analytics projects, from initiation to delivery. Provide strategic direction, manage resources effectively, and ensure projects are completed within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and user requirements. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with key stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments.
Education Background:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mining, or processing industry or consulting roles
Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Characters)
- Strong business acumen and understanding of mining operations, processes, and industry trends.
- Adaptability to navigate through evolving business requirements and technological advancements in the mining industry.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools and techniques for mining data analysis and reporting.
- At least having knowledge in one of relevant technology solutions used in the mining industry, such as mine planning software, Fleet Management System, SAP Plant Maintenance, IoT devices and automation systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for technology-driven and data analytics-driven improvements in mining operations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills both in English and Indonesian
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different departments.
- Leadership skill and Agile Project Management.
