JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Controlling daily restaurant operations
- Supervise all restaurant activity, both service and kitchen operational
- Prepare a schedule for the crew and conduct a daily briefing
- Handle customer feedback, including complaints and compliments
REQUIREMENTS :
- Maximum 32 years old
- Minimum SMK or more preferable from Hospitality / Tourism or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience as Restaurant Supervisor from a reputable Restaurant
- Good leadership & well groomed
- Good communication skills & customer service oriented
- Willing to be placed in PVJ / TSM Bandung
- Training Jakarta (3 Months)
