Job Description
- Lead in the coordination between all of PT Murni Solusindo National branches (Jakarta, Bandung, Bali, Medan, etc.)
- Tracking sales activity between branches.
- Ensures the maintenance and organization of sales lead allocations between branches.
- Liaise with the head office and the branch manager to implement new policies, procedures, and initiatives being run by the head office throughout the various branches.
- Prepare branch performance reports for each respective branch to present to Management.
- Assist branch managers with the preparation of any reports as required by Management.
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from a reputable university.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in branch coordination or any related fields.
- Excellent communication skills, and professional proficiency in both written and verbal Bahasa Indonesia and English is a must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Great report writing skills
