Job Description
- Develop and Implement Key Account / Channel Strategy in Modern & Traditional Trade to achieve company sales targets.
- Manage sellout tools schemes, sales promotions, promoters and provide strategic sales leadership
- Create and implement an effective distribution expansion strategy to grow Bosch Home Appliance business in Indonesia
- Provide the planning and leadership to the Sales Reps by ensuring that the appropriate structures, systems, competencies and values are developed to meet the Business Plan
- Develop Performance appraisal of the team, provide coaching and developing potential team members to further develop their career path within the organisation
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in Business or Marketing is an added bonus
Worked in an international company in a sales or business development function, preferably in the domestic appliances industry or Consumer Electronics min 12-15 years.
Experience selling Built-in Cooking appliances will be a great asset
Preferably with some leadership experience
Fluent in written and spoken English + Bahasa
Computer Skills - MS Office proficient
Specific knowledge of both analytic and creative skills, leadship and coaching skills, interpersonal communication, presentation skills, multi-tasking ability in a fast pace working environment
