Uraian Tugas

Responsibilities:

  • Leading and guiding a team of sales people to meet and achieve the company's sales objectives efficiently and effectively.
  • Key player in development of strategic direction for Division
  • Develop sales strategy and targets and ensure excellence in executions and implementation
  • Drive development of 5 years plan and annual budget process
  • Manage promotion budget of total channel
  • Manage sales team, supervise, challenge, motivate and develop team members
  • Develop effective way of working within commercial aspects of the business

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any major
  • Extensive experiences in sales in GT, MT, Food service, etc.
  • Good negotiation skill, communication skill, analytical thinking and selling skill
  • Good leadership skill
  • Ability to use technology and analysis tools
  • Passionate and able to work under pressure
  • Ability to understand and apply market intelligence to sales strategy
