Responsibilities:
- Leading and guiding a team of sales people to meet and achieve the company's sales objectives efficiently and effectively.
- Key player in development of strategic direction for Division
- Develop sales strategy and targets and ensure excellence in executions and implementation
- Drive development of 5 years plan and annual budget process
- Manage promotion budget of total channel
- Manage sales team, supervise, challenge, motivate and develop team members
- Develop effective way of working within commercial aspects of the business
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in any major
- Extensive experiences in sales in GT, MT, Food service, etc.
- Good negotiation skill, communication skill, analytical thinking and selling skill
- Good leadership skill
- Ability to use technology and analysis tools
- Passionate and able to work under pressure
- Ability to understand and apply market intelligence to sales strategy
