Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management, or related fields
- Min. 4 years experiences in relevant position and 2 years as lead or 1 year as managerial level
- Experience in handling trade promo, trade program, and POSM Merchandising especially in GT &MT
- Understand about sales metrics in GT & MT
- Understand about the condition that is happening in the field, especially in the district/ Regency
- Able to work and do collaboration with cross departments
- Great communication and coordination skills
- Creative and analytical abilities
- Able to present data in power point
Job Description :
- Create creative integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new customers, gainretention, and sales in GT & MT
- Create Trade Program for GT & MT
- Create End User Campaign for MT
- Initiate and Manage Digital Transformation Campaign & Reward in Store & End User Scope
- Manage all store POSM & Merchandising end to end business process
- Prepare periodic updates to management on programs and ad-hoc initiatives
- Ensure campaign governance is running well to ensure clear campaign objectives and smooth operations to stabilize and drive sales
- Supervise the execution, monitoring data, budget & measurement of marketing campaigns and their success for further development or innovation
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by Head Of Marketing
- Manage small team consist of Supervisor Level & Officer Level
