Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least S1 (Bachelor Degree) in any major
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in related fields
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible and adaptive with a willingness and attitude to learn and understand product
- Distinctive problem-solving, collaboration, and analytical skills
- Candidate must fluent in Korean, English & Bahasa Indonesia both oral & written
Responsibility:
Online & Offline Agent/Distributor Communication:
- Communicate with distributor and provide their requirement
- Communicate with distributor about brand strategy/GWP/Sellable/any operation issue
- Receive PO from distributor, check order qty/stock availability and confirm/give feedback.
Set and Manage Localized Sales Strategy:
- Communicate with HQ in Korea about localized strategy in whole channel (need to set and discuss about plan/target/result/issue + have regular HQ meetings)
- Main contact point for strategies in offline one brand shop and multi-brand store (monthly regular meeting 3 times for the monthly strategy, can be added if needed).
- Set and manage multi brand stores promotion/campaign and keep up with details needed for the operation (VMD, promotion, SKU, stock, cash investments, contract, visibility, etc)
- Set promotion/CRM/Incentive strategy/new product launching promotion/additional event for traffic boost by channel
- Estimate target for each promotion and qty to order for the promotion (6 months ahead)
- Set yearly main products/whole channels target and tracking achievement rate
- Check promotional/product/communication trend from the competitors and apply to promotion/strategy
- Create additional offline event/brand collaboration/bazaar/popup booth to increase customer traffic and brand awareness
- Collect market VOC of strategy/new products/main product/GWP gift
- Solve POS/Web system/Application issue or any kind of in-store problems occurred
- Continuous discussion with every department (Sales, MKT, VMD, PO) to optimize customer experience, strategy operation, and sales.
Manage stock of limited products, non-sellable gifts, and slow moving products
- Monitor remaining products at stores/warehouses and manages to use up within expiration date by setting strategy
- Manage to communicate with each distributor for the stock and expiration date
- Check/confirm with monthly/quarterly inventory check CR
- Communicate with each channel distributors regarding Sellable/GWP/LTD products’ qty to order in monthly basis (need to analyze sales history and negotiate/manage distributors’ order qty)
- Share PO team regarding new products’ initial order qty
- Manage store stock for smooth transition between old SKU and AD version
- Manage BPOM (SKU list, code) and order BPOM leaflet qty for each channel
Analyze and Report to HQ/RHQ/APID:
- Analyze results of strategy and sales (main product, channel, event, etc) and make reports
- Feedback to HQ’s DATA request (LTD/monthly/main product/event/VOC/etc)
- Analyze customers behavior and apply to CRM/strategy
- Share any kind of insights by analyzing sales data, share to team members
- Customer Data Arrangement
In charge of CRM strategy, sort customer data and send SMS/eDM/App Notif based on purchase behavior (CRM strategy)
Contact Point for New Channel Launching
- Set SKU, qty, display type, launching plan for new channel to launch
- Main contact point for the new channel, and set for the promotion
