- Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, business, or a related field.
- 1+ year of professional experience in Brand Marketing strategy, preferably with experience in multi-channel campaign development and execution.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns across social media platforms and e-commerce marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Blibli,Tiktokshop).
- Proven experience in handling social media accounts, specifically adept at content creation for Instagram and TikTok.
- Strong understanding of social media advertising principles (knowledge of SEO & SEM a plus) to optimize campaign reach and effectiveness.
- Proficiency in operating marketplace platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Blibli, TikTok Shop).
- Proven experience in offline branding activities is a plus.
- Knowledge or proven experience in negotiating and managing collaborations with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) is a plus.
- Experience in live streaming platform management and execution (Shopee Live, TikTok Live) is a plus.
