Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least S1 (Bachelor Degree) in any major
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in related fields
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible and adaptive with a willingness and attitude to learn and understand product
- Distinctive problem-solving, collaboration, and analytical skills
Responsibility:
- Responsible for managing brand marketing campaign offline
- Establish positioning, identify target market, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segment
- Review and do an action market research report and analysis to direct marketing strategy
- Prepare and monitor product forecast, marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams
- Communicate with leader and other teams about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, analysis customer insight/trends, marketing best practice to build successful strategies
- Handle MAP, Sephora and Metro direct purchase sales
- Create program for offline channel
- Prepare all GWP for offline channel
- Setting the price for all new product.
- Create event (Outpost and VIP event) for all channel.
