Responsibilities:
- Execute design and technical implementation tasks for network and security solutions.
- Provide technical support to customers through on-site or remote troubleshooting.
- Propose technical solutions based on customer requirements or issues.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and report to supervisors and clients.
- Proactively monitor and assess network performance for issue resolution. Build strong communication and relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- At least 3 years of experience in Network Engineering.
- CCNP Enterprise certification.
- Proficient in English, with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Capable of configuring and troubleshooting Layers 2, 3, and 4, with additional expertise in Layers 5, 6, and 7 being advantageous.
- Skilled in network traffic analysis.
- Demonstrated understanding of OSI Layer and TCP/IP network models.
- Familiarity with networking technologies and products, including routing, switching, and security.
- Strong initiative and responsibility, with the ability to work beyond regular office hours.
- Enthusiastic about learning, diligent, and collaborative team member.
