Network Operation Center

Job Descriptions :
• Monitoring customer network through NMS tools.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, Network, Power System, Cooling system and Building.

Maintenance
• Perform network troubleshooting.
• Follow up with customers regarding the problems they face.
• Make daily monitoring reports.
• Make trouble tickets and update activity logs.
• Report to Supervisor / Leader.

Requirements :
• Having experience as NOC at least 1 year / Male.
• Having experience working in ISP or Data Center is preferred .
• Have good knowledge in Data Center.
• Have good knowledge in Networking (TCP/IP, OSI Layer, Routing, Switching, Wireless, Security).
• Have experience using Mikrotik, Cisco, Juniper or Fortigate Firewall.
• Have experience using NMS (Cacti, Zabbix, Nagios, The Dude).
• Having good communication skills.
• Have a good attitude, and can work with a team or individually.
• Have good analytical skills and experience in network troubleshooting.
• Having certification Data Center is a plus.
• Having certification (MTCNA, CCNA, JNCIA) is a plus.
• Willing to work shift.
