Network Support

Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years experience in Network System
• Strong knowledge of Network Technology (VLAN, Forti, PRTG, Aggregation, High Availability Networks, Dynamic Routing)
• Strong Knowledge of Network Security Systems, Operating Systems and Server
• Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, firewalls, routers, switches, controllers
• Willing to work with on call
• Willing to work shift
• Willing to work at Ariobimo-Jakarta dan Karawang-Jawa Barat
• Availability to perform urgent network repairs outside of business hours.
• Able to join immediately

Job Description

• Maintaining, troubleshooting, and administering computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.
• Performing disaster recovery operations and data backups when required.
• Monitoring network performance to determine if adjustments need to be made
• Documenting network processes and layouts, as well as enhancing network security.
