- On behalf of management & operations manager, liaise with all internal departments to ensure smooth documentation & collection;
- Helping directors in developing & implementing new initiatives;
- Regular monitoring on payment deadlines;
- Review commercial & non-commercial customer legal contract prior to BOD signing;
- Do administration such as preparing contract, quotation, purchase order & payment order;
- Collect, review, maintain all documents related to legal & office operations;
- In charge in handling office equipment orders & maintenance, especially related to management & project;
- Other ad-hoc assignments requested by management
