ROLE OBJECTIVE:
Providing a service of guidance, surveillance, governance and day-to-day onsite monitoring of Health and Safety Operations of CHPP. This role shall also mainly focus in implementing the Health and Safety related programs, monitoring, inspection and audit in accordance with Adaro Management Standard and Indonesian Statutory QHSE requirements, to achieve the Company's commitment to conducting all activities with zero harm to people and environment.
This position will also responsible to ;
- coordinate and support all port operational and maintenance activity.
- Managing Mining Occupational Safety and Health (K3) and Mining Operations Safety (KO).
- Do risk management, accident investigations and analyze every work accident.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum S1 Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental, Mechanical Engineering, or other relevant majors
- Minimum 3 years of experience in health and safety operations
- Experience in handling K3/KO in Mining Industry (IUP maupun IUJP)
- Have exposures to best practice in QHSE compliance, management and monitoring, studies management system.
- Experience in company with number of employee > 500
- Have certification AK3 Umum, POP, Auditor Internal SMKP Minerba. and other HSE certification
- Willing to work at remote area with roster 5 weeks : 2 weeks
