Ensure smooth and proper onboarding process for new merchants in each marketplace, such as SKU synchronization (omnichannel)
Respond actively to merchants’ inquiries in a timely manner and escalate the issue to ensure that the issues are resolved.
Provide relevant data as needed and deliver well-structured report.
Responsible in BAU operations: seller center owner, data pulling, shop setup, and promotion settings.
Coordinate with the online team, supervisor, and other internal stakeholders to support the company’s goals and objectives.

Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen.
