Kenvue is currently recruiting for: Associate Channel Development Manager - General Trade. This position reports into Head of Customer & Channel Development and is based at Jakarta head Office. What You Will Do Do you want to build Channel strategy for our brands and ensure its execution to be perfect? Associate Channel Development Manager identifies business opportunities and works with multi-functional team to deliver end-to-end plans.
Our Associate Channel Development Manager will be responsible to build Go to Market strategy, build channel strategy to drive profitable growth and, drive Perfect Store execution.
They will also be accountable for sales and trade promotion budget management.The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities
- Rooted in consumer, shopper, and channel insights to build and lead annual channel strategy and detail full year plan.
- Build or customize programs that helps our customers drive traffic, loyalty, and conversion.
- Collaborate with Shopper to build and communicate sales and execution channel standards (look of success) of each program.
- Drive MSL (Must Sell List) distribution, New Product distribution, improve in store visibility.
- Build promo strategy to drive offtake, including Return on Investment planning for pre promo and review for post implemented promotion in an effort to drive continuous improvement for future programming. Qualifications Qualifications What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience. * Background in FMCG company * Result oriented, tenacious and resilient * Proven leadership ability * Proven ability of critical and problem-solving * Creative thinking * Financial Acumen Preferred:
- Has minimum 2 years' experience in handling General Trade
