Job Descriptions :
- To identify the gaps in present distributor network.
- Map the distributor requirement based on sales strategy.'
- Identify and appoint competent distributors for all the segments (we have Utility, Industry, Building and Mining Segments).
- Analyse competitor distribution network.
- Prepare compensation and incentive plans for distributors.
- Develop distributor performance management plan.
- Set up distributor performance process.
- Work with sales teams to develop sales process for distribution channel.
- Handle all the distributor related issues. Drive compliance and sustainability through distributor network.
- Build the ecommerce platform.
Job Requirements :
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering (Mechanical/Industry) or related fields and professional qualification in Sales & Marketing is an advantage.
- Strong networking with the distributors in the related industry
- Proven leadership/management experience in sales & marketing with thorough knowledge of marketing principles, product or service management, sales and business development, along with a demonstrated track record of success and performance.
- Experience in sales and technical knowledge in pipeline sistem.
- Ability to manage several project at the same time
