Job Description:
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of medium and large enterprise customers, coordinating internal resources, and completing personal quarterly and annual goals;
- Grasp the needs of corporate customers in real time, provide customers with integrated solutions for corporate welfare management, and recommend course products;
- Continuously explore the potential value and needs of customers, do a good job in in-depth customer management, and continuously improve the value of customer cooperation;
- Form good relationships with major corporate customers, regularly carry out activities and invite customers to participate;
- In-depth understand and grasp the latest industry and competitive product information, and provide suggestions for the company's business development and market strategy.
Job Requirements:
An Indonesian local enterprise channel resources, those who have done To B sales will be given priority.
- Bachelor degree or above, marketing, business administration and other related majors are preferred;
- Fluent Mandarin speaking and listening skills is a MUST; proficiency in English is a plus.
- About 3 years of sales work experience; those with business school sales experience or sales experience with major accounts and channel sales experience are preferred
- Be proficient in business negotiation and consultative marketing methods and skills. Through effective speeches and negotiations, you can obtain business opportunities, win recognition from corporate customers and maintain long-term corporate customer relationships;
