8. Promotions and Marketing:8. Collaborating with the marketing team to plan and execute sales promotions, special events, and advertising campaigns to drive foot traffic and sales.
9. Vendor Relations:9. Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and negotiate favorable terms.
10. Compliance and Regulations:10. Ensuring the store complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including health and safety standards.
11. Reporting:11. Generating and analyzing various reports related to sales, inventory, employee performance, and other operational aspects to make informed decisions and recommendations.
12. Problem Solving:12. Addressing operational challenges, customer complaints, and employee issues in a timely and effective manner.
13. Training and Development:13. Providing ongoing training and development opportunities for store staff to enhance their skills, product knowledge, and customer service abilities.
14. Strategic Planning:14. Developing and implementing strategies to achieve store goals, improve efficiency, and contribute to the overall success of the supermarket.
15. Community Engagement:15. Participating in community events, building relationships with local organizations, and fostering a positive store image within the community.
Qualification
• Minimum education diploma – Diploma - S1 Any Major
• Maximum Age 40 Years, Proficient in English is a plus
• Have SIM A and C
• Previous 3 years experience in company, Modern Trade - Manufacture, Food or Beverage Factory, preferably in management position
• Accustomed to think strategy, problem solving, have high analysis
• Very good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
