Job Descriptions:
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role such as account management, customer service, or sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and trust with clients
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, and deliver on-time and within budget
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex client requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for the delivery team
Job Requirements:
- Experience in technology or IT services is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Fluent in Chinese is preferable
