Job Description:
- Develop ecommerce sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets
- Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting
- Analyse various data in order to deliver data driven strategies in order to deliver top performance and achieve KPIs
- Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth
- Conceptualize digital marketing initiatives, analyze data and measure results
- Plan and monitor shop performance and ads
- Report on performance
- Oversee and manage team to fulfill the performance
Requirement
- Max. 30 years
- Min. education D3/Equivalent
- Have the ability to manage ads is a must (Meta ads, CPAS, TikTok Ads)
- Being able to speak English is a plus
- Have experience in the online shop sector (Tokopedia, Shopee, TikTok Shop)
- Able to communicate well with internal and external partners
- Understand gadget market insights
- Strong leadership skills
- Can work under pressure
- Very communicative, responsible and thorough
- Strong communication skills
