Job Descriptions
Teaching & Learning Operation Activities :
- Prepare and implement process of teaching and examination activities
- Conduct the operational process in related Laboratory (the preparation, execution and evaluation process)
- Prepare and put in place equipment schedule for use during laboratory teaching sessions
- Demonstrate care and use of equipment to laboratory assistants
- Arrange teaching staff and students for training activities for application and use of existing and new equipment(s)
- Conduct implementation, operation and maintenance of laboratory equipment instrumentation (including calibration and trouble shooting)
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions and repairs equipment
- Communicate with lecturers for laboratory usage scheduling
- Maintain and update Laboratory utilization and equipment rental record
- Conduct coordination with the Building Management (House Keeping) to maintain tidy and conducive laboratory environment
- Maintain the security of all equipment in related Laboratory
- Provide laboratory tools / equipment for teaching and practicum activities
Management Support Activities :
- Provide Report to direct Supervisor
- Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
- Perform activities related to Quality Management System
- Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor
Education Requirement :
Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) or University Student (6th Semester)
Work Exposure / Experience :
